Emerald waters, deep caves, bizarre rock formations, hidden lagoons, white sandy beaches – every inch of this island is just waiting to be explored. Trek through the dense vegetation and take pictures of the huge limestone monoliths for which the Island is famous. AngThong ‘Golden Basin’ is a world in itself where mackerel, squirrels, pythons, monitors, sea otters, leopard cats, wild boars and dusky langurs have made their home. It is for this bountiful natural wealth that it was declared a National Marine Sanctuary in 1980.

Long-tail Boat to Mae Koh Island.A shot climb following steps and stairs rewards you with Fantastic Views of the salt water lake known as “ Talay Nai “ The emerald green lagoon surrounded by sheer cliffs is well worth a visit. | |

For less energetic you may enjoy a swim, go for snorkeling or just relax on the beach. For tourists who intend to stay overnight we’ll drop / pick you up again here at the head quarters or the park where accommodation facilities as bungalow and camping sites are avalible. | |
