Discovery Long Neck Karen (Padong) North of Chiang Mai Tour

Drive along the picturesque scenic routes passing several beautiful northern mountains and valleys to Chiang Dao Cave. The foot of this lovely cave greets visitors with various kinds of fishes swimming in a stream. Climb up a staircase with zinc roof to explore the cave.

Continue driving to Thaton Village; used to be the Thai Burmese border and visit Thaton temple which overlooks a beautiful valley and the winding Mae Kok River.

Lunch serve at the local restaurant on the bank of Mae Kok River.

Visit the world famous Long Neck Karen Tribe Village; the woman wears several brass rings around their long, slender necks. A woman generally has about twenty or more rings around her neck. They are originated from Shan state, The Union of Myanmar. Also visit nearby Akha Hill Tribe; the most beautiful women’s head wares, decorated with assorted coins, shells, beats feathers and animals. They are originated from China. Then transfer back to the hotel.
